Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account id, name, email, and profile image as provided by Google. We use this to create your user account and keep you signed in.

Initiatives, scores, resources, planning plans, PRD drafts, framework settings, and related workspace content are stored in our database and are private to your account. We do not sell this data.

If you publish a public roadmap, anyone with the link can view the initiatives you selected (for example title, status, problem text, and score). Votes and vote notes submitted by visitors are visible to you as the publisher. Suggestions submitted from the public page are also visible to you.

If you connect Jira, we store OAuth tokens (or an API token you provide) so the app can create or link issues on your behalf. Tokens are used only for those features. Disconnecting Jira removes the stored connection for that workspace.

If you send feedback through the in-app form, we receive the message, optional contact email, page URL, and basic technical context (such as user agent) so we can respond and improve the product.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Public roadmap voting uses a browser cookie to remember your voter identity on that device. We also use Microsoft Clarity for product analytics (for example page usage patterns) to understand how the product is used.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account data by contacting us through in-app feedback.
