Terms of Use

NoDex helps you prioritize product work, plan against capacity, and optionally publish a public roadmap. It is provided as-is for evaluation and early use.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your Google account secure. Workspaces in this version are for a single signed-in user — they are not multi-user shared team accounts.

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to run the product. Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not allowed to process.

Publishing a roadmap makes selected fields visible to anyone with the link. Votes are rate-limited but not identity-verified; treat them as directional feedback, not formal proof. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Optional Jira features act with the permissions you grant. You are responsible for complying with your organization’s Jira and data policies when connecting or creating issues.

Do not abuse the service (for example vote spam, scraping, attempting to access other users’ data, or overloading the APIs). We may suspend access if we detect abuse.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make using prioritization scores, capacity plans, or public vote counts, or for downtime or data loss during this soft-launch period. Use backups appropriate to your needs.

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
